Rightful Rejection Of Goods By Buyer-Reasonable Inspection
RIGHTFUL REJECTION OF GOODS BY BUYER-REASONABLE INSPECTION
For the purpose of determining whether there is any basis for rejection of the goods by buyer, it shall be sufficient if a given defect appears from a visual inspection of the goods by an untrained, casual buyer of the goods and from subjecting the goods to the following tests: [Description of tests].
